#122329 RE: MR PUNISHER #122327

Oh for Pete's sake...there are website message boards for just about any subject out there...and people use them because they like discussing the subject. They have an interest. It's no different here. People post for a variety of reasons. In the case of this subject there are many that do so to try and make money on penny stocks, so yes many may have a financial interest that causes them to post in a certain way.

Has it not dawned that that fact may be a source of interest and entertainment to others that don't have a financial interest? I mean seriously...I get to debate with people that are so blinded by their financial interest that I can be essentially "right" 99% of the time...and it might just be human nature to enjoy that ;-).

I am also into cars and use to spend a lot of time on various car message boards debating anything and everything car related.

Now I like to discuss and debate POS penny stocks. Frankly I have never come across anyone that can make money in any way by posting as we do. You can't short penny stocks in any meaningful way...and I have never actually heard or seen anyone get paid to "bash" a stock and there have been no SEC enforcement actions I can see for getting paid to "bash" a stock. However, SEC enforcement actions for getting paid to pump a stock are quite regular...so I guess the SEC must be in on it as well?...SMH.

So that leaves the only mechanism which would be to "bash" a stock to suppress the pps so one could buy at a lower pps and then pump it back up...

...well I challenge you to find in my post history, or many of the so called serial "skeptics" where they have pumped a stock. It doesn't exist. And that fact alone is enough to show this idea is nonsense.

It is for me

I'm required to sit in front of a computer all day. I'm not required to work every moment of every day. I don't need to look at porn. I don't shop.

I like to put people behind bars who have harmed others.

The crimes are sad. But sometimes the criminals are quite amusing. How about MMEX that .0001 stock with $87 in the bank gonna build an oil refinery in the Permian! LOL Really?

Following and sleuthing scams is broadly popular. Consider that American Greed is in its 11th year on the CNBC TV network. There have been many stock scam motion pictures over the years... several recently on Madoff alone. Financial crimes are unique in that observers often can actually warn potential victims.

I bashed an air cleaner company

it was a Sharper Image knockoff. I saw a demo at the shareholder meeting. It looked like it came off a Russian submarine. Sparked and crackled like they were trying to bring Frankenstein to life. They said they had a multi million dollar deal with HoMedics. Few weeks later the HoMedics chief engineer had his house burn down. The cause? The prototype air cleaner. Lawsuits ensued.

I warned everyone who would listen. Should I have kept silent? None of my business?

Imagine you're walking down the street one day and you witness someone else a few steps ahead of you get mugged. Do you:

1: Pretend not to see anything, turn around and walk the other direction,

2: Report the crime to the authorities and try to warn everyone else, or

3: Hide in the bushes hoping the robber drops some of the loot so you can grab a bit of it for yourself. Maybe even encourage others to continue on the path so they too can get mugged, thus increasing your portion of the take?
