I just think this news would've suited better as a foot note on a PR for the former. Not dedicated a whole PR to it and call it "Massive".

A footnote?! A spinoff is a significant event! lol...

... and a merger with a company of Snakes caliber makes it even bigger.

Maybe the reason for the spinoff with IK is opening the doors to something "massive". I'll take free shares/money for owning 1 of the best penny stocks any day, any time.
