It's good that few shareholders are disgruntled over the "Massive" PR. I will wait to add more at a lower PPS if few shareholders sell.

Still trying to figure out the reason behind this spin-off, which is rare among OTC pinks.

I don't think others are reading it is a spin off with an "ACQUISITION" tied to it??? So in essence we are also growing to a bigger company with another venture per say in my opinion. Financial reasons it is good to separate out to keep books clean too.
