Traders aren't going to magically buy before or after a R/S. IF you own shares now after the R/S you're essentially screwed. The only money makers here are Criminal Dwyer and his CEO buddy!

I talked with some long-term shareholders over the last few weeks, and they like the R/S. Their thinking was all the past is resolved at once (name change, ticker change, R/S), and then Southern Contracting has a fresh start.
