The only reason to do an R/S of 1,000:1 or higher is to eviscerate old shareholders and start anew.

If Timothy really believes the company, I am sure that he can spend the $4.50 per share (split adjusted) and purchase all the shares outstanding.

That would mean that no one who bought since the revelation of a new business venture has lost anything.
