Dream on, dream away, I think this stock is tanking and thats just the way. You can say, and say, but this stock has already had its play, now the pumpers and dumpers are having their way, it's their time of the day. This stock has seen its best days, you all are jsut holding on to a dream, like a 40 year old who wants to go back to play high school fottball, the glory days are gone moron, move on.

I agree, but he may have wanted to just let everyone know who our-street and his followers were. I am sure he has watched our-street with other stocks. He took him on and that may have kept the longs holding. He is not your average CEO. JMO

Yes, but he did that when the shareholders needed him most - when things weren't going as he predicted they would, and after the price slipped from $1.66 to $1.00 and below. That's when he decided to "use more caution."

He posted away and held his interviews as the stock was going up - but when it topped out, he disappeared.

Isn't that interesting? No one here smells the pump yet???

Of course by doing so he broke the law.

The SEC doesn't stop a company from filing a 10K. If the Rufus is being asked some tough questions by the SEC and then chooses to delay the filing ( to keep his skinny butt out of jail ), that's the choice of the filer.

Although a well stated action, I doubt that Rufus camme up with that idea nor did he impliment it.
