Of course by doing so he broke the law.

The SEC doesn't stop a company from filing a 10K. If the Rufus is being asked some tough questions by the SEC and then chooses to delay the filing ( to keep his skinny butt out of jail ), that's the choice of the filer.

Although a well stated action, I doubt that Rufus camme up with that idea nor did he impliment it.
