My take on Rufus' prior web chats, etc. is that he started doing so to generate interest (no doubt about that) for his company. He was setting timeframes and expectations which did not always materialize immediately as promised. I think he learned his lesson about doing so, and has definitely used more caution and slowed down with his posts and chats. If it weren't for the delay in the 10K, which I feel is out of his control at this point (SEC), he would be entertaining more questions as he did prior IMO. I also feel he has gotten flack from others for doing so, and may feel this puts him in a less than professional light with some investors.
I'm Optomistic that we'll see the 10K (maybe not as great as the rumors, but something we'll cheer) soon.
