I was looking at one stock that is an OTCQB, and their restricted and unrestricted is unavailable too. The company is also audited. I'm looking at another one that is QB, and at ~$4/share and no retsricted/unrestricted listing. What would cause this to not be on OTCmarkets?
Its simple... The company has not submittee that info period... Not un common atttt alll... No worries... That info willll be in the audited fins in the 10k needed for uplisting... All normal stuff here...
Sheeesh! The OTC page only reflects the info the Company in question has given it. Note, there is no legitimate reason to keep this info secret, but almost all scam companies do so.
