The initial plan was to bring Cleve Tsai's Green Growth Holdings under BLDV as a wholly owned subsidiary then maybe later merge it into BLDV.
However, that thought had changed and was cancelled to where the decision was made to leave BLDV as Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. and as the Parent Company going forward. What? A company can't change their mind?
This was because Cleve made the decision to step down to allow someone who was more operationally qualified to step in to be the CEO. They never pursued such merger much further with FINRA to make such happen.
