Ken took control of the company from John Quincy Moaning. Ken was the one who paid to get BLDV current. The Control was passed over to Cleve Tsai and then over to Josh Alper to where we are at today.

Ken was doing what promoters do: a "deal". This deal involved Cleve Tsai's Green Growth Holdings. Teknus and Tsai needed a shell. So you introduced Ken to Moaning. A merger was arranged, though the company doesn't seem to have filed the merger agreement itself anywhere, so we don't know the details. In any case, it took place in Nevada on 7 May 2015. (The company later moved its domicile to Colorado.)

So, since Alper evidently joined in later on, I stand corrected: it was Teknus and Tsai who bought a dirty shell.

Buying a shell is like buying a used car. You need to be very sure you know how previous owners treated it. And you need to do some digging; you don't just kick the tires and then sign on the bottom line. And as with all things, you get what you pay for. Cheap shells are often not bargains in the long run.
