The initial plan was to bring Cleve Tsai's Green Growth Holdings under BLDV as a wholly owned subsidiary then maybe later merge it into BLDV.

However, that thought had changed and was cancelled to where the decision was made to leave BLDV as Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. and as the Parent Company going forward. What? A company can't change their mind?

And who actually controlled the company at that time? Who had the authority to make those decisions? Who was on the board? Who owned how much stock?
