I don't know if a potential forthcoming amended complaint by plaintiffs could be found frivolous, but I would laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh....if it did. Did I mention I would laugh?
Law and process is not the issue for me. The subjectivity of law and process enforcement due to access to financial renumeration and influential interpersonal connections rather than set impartial boundaries to limit such subjectivity created by these influences is troubling. Knowing that our legal system and tax code could be made better but are not because of damaging entrenched interests that are experts in law and influence peddling is very problematic. Thomas Jefferson was right, there needs to be a kind of revolution from the people against the entrenched interests every once in a while to shake things up and keep those entrusted with making and keeping the laws honest and not so complacent. The status quo becomes subject to change when enough people are hurt by it. NWBO does not represent the status quo and I am anxious to see how these final battles play out because I see how they can be the impetus for a great deal of change beyond just cancer treatment. Best wishes.
