That is very consistent with expectation. 27% did not repurchase the product and the remainder for the distribution model. Biel has reported this before.
What is really needed for Biel is advertising and promotion for wider exposure. The FDA clearance added a market for them in the US. At 5 times the population, the US market should eventually add over a million in revenue per quarter with minimal advertising!!!!!!
