Maybe this is why China Investment Corporation (CIC) came into play. Making those cars and buses needs money. CIC could be the backer of their deals. CIC's involvement has puzzled me for several days until I read these news.

i think on an order that size they will reduce the unit cost to around $20K per vehicle instead of the $40K retail price, but even so, that's $2 billion USD... for a single client.
