In fact that this company name starts with Zhongtou (China Investment Corp or CIC) means that the company is a subsidiary of China Investment Corp. I don't have knowledge how it works, but Wang's company being under CIC is huge. At least in my understanding that Jinbo is financially backed by CIC. Zhongtou Jinbo Industry was created in January 2017 makes me believe that this new company was formed the US listing purpose.

HUANG Hua is a director for this company, also as secretary for DOLV and a director of JBZJMY. From these clues I'm guessing that JBZJMY the EV company will get into DOLV shell first and the RM is backed by CIC.

I also believe that DOLV will not stop at OTC. After one year stationing at OTC, DOLV will jump onto another exchange. Mr. Wang's other businesses will be incorporated into DOLV shell during this course. So I expect a steady PPS growth after merger, not like a typical OTC stock its PPS crashes after the merger completion. This is not your typical pink sheet stock. They are aiming for big board through reverse merger approach.
