ok Mark, this is going to sound like a bash, but it is not, You say "Like rruff said, this PR if taken literally is a wron interpretation of what it is trying to say!" It is a PR and we are suppoed to believe it and take it literally and if not why should we take all of the PR's literally. If we are not to believe and rely on one just what should we be doing?

I've got a question that's been on my mind. Is English Mr Sulja's primary language? Just a thought, my fathers an immigrant and sometimes he makes gramatical ommissions/errors that he wouldn't realize unless someone pointed it out. Just an honest question.
