Not sure. Perhaps his native tongue is French? I am unsure where in Canada they prefer to speak French and where they prefer English. But nevertheless that is a very good point. I've noticed a difference in the sound of the PR's since Chad has taken over.

Steve Sulja is only 38 years old. He's probably a 2nd generation immigrant. I believe the family is from Eastern Europe, like Czech or something.
