ok Mark, this is going to sound like a bash, but it is not, You say "Like rruff said, this PR if taken literally is a wron interpretation of what it is trying to say!" It is a PR and we are suppoed to believe it and take it literally and if not why should we take all of the PR's literally. If we are not to believe and rely on one just what should we be doing?
