Wouldn't the best template be an existing contract that is known to have been successfully used in the past?

No one is saying that the email address belongs to Bethel, I don't know why I would try contacting them with it as you suggest.

It is clearly a leftover from the template that was not deleted or overwritten.

There is no fraud or attempt at deception here.
