You said the Viscus contract had been used hundreds of times - post 8 or 10 of the contracts someone other than BMXC has used the Viscus contract as a template.
It is very easy to post something has been used hundreds of times when there aren't any facts to support it.
Check with the SEC and see how many times it has been used.
