Sorry that theory doesn't hold water - I found the original contract that was filed with the SEC by Viscus.

Show me a dozen companies that have used used the "template" for their contract if hundreds have used it.

The BMXC CEO was so incompetent that she changed so little in the contract that she kept the same contact email address because Bethel doesn't exist.
