Well susie, I didn't see you pick on 26, when he made that outrageous claim that Jeter was the best player in baseball. Is that truely objective?
When Jeter averages .330, hits 40 hrs a year (On Average), Average around 125 rbis and 125 runs scored for his career every year. You let me know. Oh by the way it is not about the #. As you can see I'm getting quite annoyed, because to even put jeter in the same world as Albert Pujols, borders on the absurd. Oh he plays the field too, so you can't give me the DH arguement here.
I dare you to look at Pujols #'s, at a certain point it has to be about #'s. He is the best player in the game period. There is no doubt in my mind it isn't even close.
He hits for Average
He Hits For Power
He Drives in And Scores Runs.
He Plays The Field.
He Helps His Team Win.
Am I leaving anything out. There is no way that Jeter is better Pujols I find that actually insulting comment to anyone who has ever watched the game should know that. As you can see my tirade, will continue to come down, until 26 says he was wrong, because Jeter is not the best player in baseball, That is Albert Pujols.
