Most got confused thinking it would be legalized this year. Only thing this year is it being brought to parliament for a vote and not operationalized till 18 or possibly 19. Thats the way i read it but many read into it what they wanted to and ignored the facts. Hate to say, but I told you and many others that. I am in for the longhaul so doesnt matter.
