Yep.. nothing new here. Someone is spinning the article though to make it sound like something has changed which it never has. Whoever the author was made it sound like it wa knew news. It has always been get the bill out in the spring and take a slow methodical approach to regulation . If ANYTHING this means more money for the LPs because more regulation means less mom and pop and more big business controlling the production and distribution. This REALLY should be seen as a positive. But everyone on this board understands markets and they don't make sense a lot of times.
