The volume is pathetic.

The difference of a couple hundred of dollars when these POS companies trade is meaningless.

those with interest might recall the long's 10000 ask hit on Thursday
was a split fill via CSTI and relo/d the ask on PTOI

yesterday's 50000 went off in one trade but did not relo either MM @ ask

also let's not forget the 12100 *size* showing yesterday by ARCA
needless to say ARCA didn't last after the 5000 ask hit (possible signal
for 50000 .. i certainly wouldn't rule it out)
