Doesn't maxing out the LPC agreement mean maxing out the shares? When that happens and SequesTOX is still not approved and no other anda has been approved what then? I can only see reverse split or issue more shares. He'll be out of cash and time. Elite is looking like an extremely risky situation to put itself into.

He has only shot himself in the foot here, by not getting word out, while being the largest investor.

nasrat is not the largest investor... hes the largest shareholder.

Not a single penny came out of his pocket to purchase the great majority of his shares
