Total BS. When Actavis and Watson merged the two companies had to divest a lot of drugs both companies owned. Nasrat purchased those Mikah 12 out of his own pocket. Not to mention he purchased 700,000 shares for his private retirement fund.

Correct he owns just over 15% and just enough to take out the poison pill.
