Doesn't maxing out the LPC agreement mean maxing out the shares? When that happens and SequesTOX is still not approved and no other anda has been approved what then? I can only see reverse split or issue more shares. He'll be out of cash and time. Elite is looking like an extremely risky situation to put itself into.
