Neither DECN or Berman will get anywhere with a lawsuit against TAUG, it will likely be dismissed with a Motion to Dismiss. It should be fun though, as I would imagine TAUG will counter sue DECN, the BOD and Berman.
It will be fun getting into the inner workings of DECN for the last 5 years and getting to the bottom of the BS press release regarding TAUG that the DECN Board approved.
LOL-- show were Berman or DECN were libeled by TAUG or Seth. Look at the track record of Berman and DECN, nothing but Hype. They can't crack into the Johnson market share, it is good that TAUG rejected Berman's weak offers.
Libel is stating that someone abuses drugs when that is not true, that is an example of libel.
