THE SPCL gang here is strong! Obviously people here have done their homework and know where this is heading. This thing can't be dropped because one of us smart investors will see the opportunity for what it is, and make out like a bandits!

Wouldn't matter if February had 15, 23 or 2 days. "On or about" means anywhere from 30 to 60 days from the specified date. ;-)
