It's a bit puzzling really. VNDM has been sitting on the TPAC offer for over 6 months, he finally backed off this week. As you can imagine, Form T's are a way of life. I've counted a bit over $500k in dilution from block positions since mid-September.
One thing I must say, there's never a dull moment.
