If a shareholder asks a question, they are openly berated, told to sell and move on, then blocked. It's truly weird behavior, I only wonder why anyone would stick around for more - It's not like TPAC is a big money maker, it's trading in the $0.0006 - $0.0007 range.

December 31 is the deadline for SH to receive the 1500 discount for series C shares. After Dec, 31 all minimums will be $2500 when available
