I happen to agree with Danny on this point. corp has an agenda to buy IDCC on the cheap for himself and his friends. It is so obvious. His attempt to put his people on the board of directors. If his proposal would have been accepted, that would have been the next step. There is no doubt in my mind on that point. With cumulative voting, he could have gotten 2 or 3 of his people on the board. His FUD does spread fear.

If you want an example of the fear he spreads there is no better example than the false fear of dilution that he created since the 8-k came out.
