DANNY- YOU raised the issue of qualifications, and that according to your criteria, you and not others, are qualified to opine on compensation and corporate governance issues at IDCC.
So, I merely asked you if, in your view, some analysts (Tom Carpenter), institutional investors (Heartland Fund), an independent institutional advisory firm (ISS), the majority of voting shareholders, and an international HR advisory firm (Watson Wyatt) are qualified to opine on compensation and corporate governance issues at IDCC?
Since you brought up the issue of qualifications, you now refuse to give a straight up answer to my query, apparently, because you see where this is going logically, so you refuse to give a simple answer on a subject you brought up because it clearly demonstrates that your proclamations regarding qualifications are completely absurd and your conclusions are completely baseless and they contradict those of the real experts.
