DANNY, since you refuse to answer the simple question regarding qualifications, here is a DIFFERENT question for you -

Do you believe that some analysts (e.g. Tom Carpenter), institutional investors (e.g. Heartland Fund), an independent institutional advisory firm (e.g. ISS), and an international HR and Financial management firm (e.g. Watson Wyatt) share an AGENDA for IDCC to (a) undermine management, (b) destroy shareholder value, and (c) steal the company away at an improper low price from the "true" loyal longs on this board including yourself?
