Danny: Aren't you also guilty of spreading FUD by repeatedly implying that Corp has an agenda "in hopes of buying the company on the cheap for one of their clients." From everything I have read, executive pay and BOD election and governance are the top areas of concern for a great many people and organizations, both in and related to the investment community.
The only folks I know that exhibit such behavior to the extent that you have over the last several years are M&A guys with an agenda of constantly proliferating FUD throughout the shareholder base in hopes of buying the company on the cheap for one of their clients.
