I would normally agree with you but corp behaviour has been both misleading and underhanded. His constant misstatement of facts and FUD goes beyond a concern for governance. Whenever his mistakes were pointed out to him, he went to other subjects never admitting his mistakes.

Olddog967 .. Danny: Aren't you also guilty of spreading FUD by repeatedly implying that Corp has an agenda "in hopes of buying the company on the cheap for one of their clients."

I certainly hope not. Those topics are appropriately areas of top concern in the investment community. As such, unfortunately, they can also provide perfect grist for the M&A mills to use to try to convince shareholders to "throw the bums out" and replace them with their clients with the snow white hats.

That's my opinion of Corp, that's all. In the interest of full disclosure during my days on WS I developed an intense dislike for the FUD spreading of Shorts and M&A guys. It has diminished very much since I left.
