No worries at all. I completely understand and I am pleased to tell you the transaction for the Preferred D's absolutely happened. The paperwork was filed with the State of Nevada and we check daily with the State for status. Nevada State offices were closed one day this week due to a State of Emergency in Nevada resulting from the torrential rains. I expect the filing will show up momentarily. The moment I receive it from the State of Nevada I will immediately send it to our Transfer Agent (Island Transfer) and they will post it up.

Aaron I am not sure what people think I am running here, what have I said that has not happened. I feel sorry for people that obviously are not used to dealing with reputable people who do what they say. The acquisition is "COMPLETE" there is nothing that could change history at this point.

Have a good evening and I am grateful for your support and the support of all my shareholders. I hope everyone goes out to their local wine and liquor stores and picked up a bottle or two of Bellissima. If they would tell their friends and families as well to pass the word we can start a movement here.

I completely understand and I do not take it personal although it is discouraging at times. I think you can appreciate the fact that Christie Brinkley and her team do not do business with just anyone. In fact the vetting process when I created Bellissima with Christie was quite intense. I do not think Christie and her team would have gone into business with anyone or any entity that was not 100 percent straight up and on point. We are where we are but we will work hard and build an amazing company around an amazing portfolio of brands. I have my life in this!

I think I have figured out how this scam is working out. You may note that, that ICNB stated in its PR's and filings that it acquired a 51% interest in "Bellissima, LLC."

1. For a spokesperson, the company has an eligible-for-Social-Security-benefits "supermodel" who has been in TWO movie scenes with Chevy Chase, one of them as recently as 20 years ago.

2. The company owns 51% -- that's over half! -- of a beverage line that includes a prosecco no one ever heard of and a sugar-free sparkling wine. Diet bubbly! Tell me that your cat wouldn't want a sip or two of that (unless of course your cat gets grossed out easily).

3. It gets better. That prosecco that no one ever heard of? It's going to be served on an airline no one ever heard of. I kid you not.
