For the first time I clicked on your profile today. When I saw your job title I thought "here's a guy that thinks he has ALWAYS been underpaid relative to top management and is REAL bitter about it." Methinks that is a characteristic you share with all the others on this board who are so dismissive of the views of the management "apologists." It is clear to me that most of of you (with the exception of one or two like Quartzman0, I believe) have never walked a mile in the shoes of top management. I have. 'Nuff said.
