So if MM1 lists a best bid for 100K shares @ 40 cents and MM2 lists a best bid for 2K @ 35 cents then I have no way of knowing what bids are held by MM1 below 40 cents? He may hold for bids for many million shares at 39.9 cents that no one will know about?

Is there some better vehicle for getting level II realtime info that will lay bare to all the rest of MM1's book (and all other MMs) below 40 cents? Any websites, Bloomberg or Thompson terminals etc?
