Is there some better vehicle for getting level II realtime info that will lay bare to all the rest of MM1's book (and all other MMs) below 40 cents?

maybe someone else knows a decent less expensive platform. but i work for a living and don't really have a way to set up a trading desk with all the bells and whistles so i have not pursued it.
