Danny-C'mon-I said vote at ASM on option & extra compensation only, not on day to day running of company business. Also I felt a better way might be attempted to select the BOD by the shareholders so we don't have stooges to management elected at most companies. Who chooses the nominees; not you or me. Maybe a shareholders committee would be appropiate, not always management or BOD doing all the selection. Walt
