The moderators either play favorites or don't see some of the violations.

I'll go with the former, at least on the GZFX board.

Q: When I request someone to take an issue to the parking lot, or just elsewhere, and they don't, under what TOS violation can I delete subsequent related posts?

Matt - Can you please let Burk out of jail? He's called the bottom the last couple months and was a major long last week ... that should be worth a few brownie points. I believe he has learned which people he should not taunt and will be a good little boy.

You admit to having moderators that are not fair, but you dont do anything to remove them or stop them???

You can also say this :

"when I'm only aware of what I'm sent."

?? Your claiming you take care of stuff you are made aware of, correct? Why were you made aware of these posts about 20 times, yet not only did NOTHING ( and these posts are from a MODERATOR that YOU put in charge!!!!) you ignored the posts when they were tos'd via the Report TOS Violation feature, you ignored these posts when they were sent to you via PM and then stopped me from being able to send you a PM. Dave was also alerted to these posts, yet again, there they still sit...so, for you to put in writing that you claim you dont play favorites and can only take care of stuff you are aware of, is a bit of a joke, imo....You were made aware of these very harsh posts made by the person you just put in charge to moderate more times then I can count....yet again, you did nothing and the posts still sit.....so, why try to get people to beleive that if you are aware if it you take care of it, but if you arent aware of it, you cant do anything?? You, ARE aware of these posts, but did you do anything? YES YOU DID...You IGNORED the person making the posts and let him post whatever he wanted but PUNISHED the person that was on the RECEIVING end of these harsh posts.......yep, very fair and unbiased rules you have here...unfortunately, the written word and your own actions do not show that to be the case.... I could send you many more links.....all personal attacks or OT posts having NOTHING to do with the stock......also, lets not forget that the bulk of the posts below were written by the moderator you put in charge who posted the following ( note the bold)

Last post to you, survivor - your opinion has been noted.

The posts of mine that I let stand relate to technical issues concerning IHUB and posts concerning the fact you now are using a new alias. Since you did this honestly and openly, I assume you are not worried that people know your previous alias, KG4.

The posts of yours that I let stand concern your objection to some of the events that transpired. Those were important too, IMO.

There are no threats, accusations, OT, or personal attacks remaining.

Do not question me again on this. For the last time - take it up with Matt.

I find it quite interesting he claims....he deleted everything and left NO OT POSTS attacks and etc......yet what are the below posts? OT posts, personal attacks and etc, he claims HE DELETED, but obviously LIED Blatantly once again, because as you can see, there are the posts below proving he lied when he said he deleted everything.....frthermore, how many times have you now been made aware of these posts and many more...and you have done nothing..you have PROTECTED the person making the posts and punished the person on the receiving end of these OT posts and harsh personal attacks!! is that what you call fair and unbiased? How can you say you DONT LET stuff like this slide and take care of it if you are aware of it...when you ARE aware of this, but have not and will not take care of it......your idea of taking care of this is to ALLOW those posts and to PUNISH the person reporting them????!!!!! By the way....I sure do see ALOT more OT posts and DRIVEL posted by the vety same people...interesting how those were reported also, but once again, you are aware and have done nothing!!!
