I would have to say a reverse split of 1 for 100 shares on existing shareholders will have a significant impact.

Given the founders of Pixelmag are busy with another project (Plastc) I suspect the revenues were dropping and Vert Capital agreed to shop it around with that "investment" he made in it -
Attempting to do a r/m with SPCL. there are a number of different numbers floating around the internet. I suspect that is why the company put out that warning in their 8k.

Seeing some of the other results of Vert's takeovers I wouldn't be that hopeful.
