This is a remark which comes up repeatedly. But believe me converters do not care at all about pps projection or company outlook. They just sell what they have as they do it on many many stocks every day. It might be all automatic.

Yes now that the company should have much better cash flow they should be able to address the conversion and notes issue. Let's see if they do

Convertible note holders could care less about where the stock price could go. Especially when they get shares at a 40% discount of market price. My experience has been they sell when possible.
If there is a lack of serious buying it can do tremendous damage to a stock price. Can you imagine if they convert and sell up to 80Mil shares?
