What puzzles me is that if all is legit then the converters should be able to see that it is foolish to convert at anything under .03 because the price could easily go to that with the numbers just reported. They would be shooting themselves in the foot by converting at such low prices. So, why does it 'have' to happen under these circumstances?
As I said yesterday, I'm really not convinced that it is happening. Nothing today stood out, and VFIN is at .008 on the ask, and even was on the bid for a while.
So many companies are announcing restructuring of their debt and it seems to me that RJD is in a position to do that too now, with what should be really strong cash flow from IOSOFT.
Of course another uncertainty is the fact that this isn't a full-fledged audited filing either, but again if the company is legit they can still address the conversion issue without fixing the filings.
