As far as your 1st sentence. it isn't much reduced , it would not exist. That boat has sailed, but i take it some here just want to beat it to death some more. STP will be aligned with Nigeria, it is in their best interest and they know it. If more here, not you Art, would learn to see the forrest and read between the lines, they wouldn't have to post ad nauseum to hear themselves talk. When something happens , then we will know. The board is for facts, news, and legitimate ideas ,not made up theories that have nothing to do with ERHC. Offor is not sitting around waiting for anyone to tell him anything. Doesn't work that way. he's done it his way up until now and guess what, it has worked out rather well so far.

As I understand it, Art, SEO already has acquired O/G working interests both on and offshore Nigeria. But he has done so under the Chrome banner. His intent may be to merge Chrome into ERHC buying same with much depressed ERHE stock (and perhaps some cash). I imagine this would occur prior to any proposed 'buy-in'.

If this is the case - I don't think I feel very good about it and would like much more info prior to the event. There would be no current motivation to publicly do anything to increase share value it seems to me.
