What makes you think what you described could be SEO's "intent."
I saw this discussed on Investor Village when I checked in over there a couple of weeks ago and dismissed the idea, as no factual basis that I am aware of for this.

Wondering what you know or have heard to make you think this could materialize.

Fishdog, interesting post about Chrome's offshore assets.

I do wonder if the SEC does give Offor "heat" about being the Chairman of both ERHC and Chrome, his response could be:

"OK then, I'll merge ERHC and Chrome into one privately held company and say good bye to the SEC."

Offor is the sort of person who would not like to be pushed into a corner by the SEC.

I do wonder what options US retail investors would have?

Hopefully the above is a foolish scenario.
