The interaction between T cells and dendritic cells is a cognate interaction in which T cells recognize the specific antigen being displayed by the dendritic cell. --



cognate definition: related; connected.

Certainly applies to T-Cells and DCs, but also to NWBO and its very related and connected partner (COGNATE).
